Maestro Guillermo Figueroa leads The Santa Fe Symphony in an epic afternoon of great music in celebration of master symphonist Ludwig van Beethoven. This highly anticipated concert opens with the full Symphony Orchestra performing Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2 in D Major, op.3. In finale, piano virtuoso Drew Petersen―winner of the 2017 American Pianists Awards and Christel DeHaan Classical Fellowship; Artist-in-Residence at the University of Indianapolis, and 2018 Avery Fisher Career Grant recipient―performs Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5 in E-flat Major, op.73, “Emperor.”
